Free forever.Pay when it runs a team or serves customers.
No card, no timer, no read-only mode. Build the whole thing on the free plan; crossing a limit only blocks the next addition, never what already exists.
Only operators pay. An operator is a member with the owner, admin or editor role, someone who works inside TaskLite and sees boards. Viewers, external users and the customers of your app never pay and are never priced per head.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card, no timer, no read-only mode. You keep 2 operators, one published app and 100 monthly active external users for as long as you like.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The next addition is blocked: another operator, another published app, more new external users. Nothing that already exists is removed, and nothing is checked when you read your data.
Who counts as an operator?
A member with the owner, admin or editor role. The moment someone needs to see a board, they are invited as a member and become an operator. Viewers, external users and portal users never count.
Team or Production, which is mine?
If a team works inside TaskLite every day, Team: $5 per operator. If you built an app for your customers and the workspace mostly serves them, Production: $39 per workspace with 5 operators and 10,000 monthly users included.
How is billing done?
One invoice per organization each month, in advance, for the seats and workspace you have on the billing day. Seat changes during the month are prorated on the next invoice. Annual Team is $50 per operator, two months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no penalties. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation and can be exported at any time.
